Dr. Kunal Bhakta is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist who goes by “Dr. B”.  Dr. B was born and raised in Southern California.  As a kid, he had many anxious visits to the dentist for orthodontic extractions and spent several years in braces.  His countless hours spent surrounded by kind and patient dentists led him to pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr. B attended The University of Southern California (USC) and graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences.  Following his undergraduate education, he attended The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and completed his lifelong dream of becoming a dentist.  During his time in dental school, Dr. B realized the importance of kind and caring providers that he was so lucky to have growing up.  This led him to pursue a specialty in pediatric dentistry. Dr. B furthered his education by completing a pediatric dental residency at NYU Langone – Maryland Site. He is an active member of the ADA, CDA, Fresno-Madera Dental Society, and the ABPD.

Dr. B Moved to the Central Valley in 2018 and has been providing dental care to children in the area ever since. Since relocating to the area, he and his wife have grown their family and welcomed two children, Kira (3) and Kiaan (1).  When not in the office, Dr. B loves spending time with his family attending sporting events and trying new foods. He always welcomes a recommendation for a new food spot. Dr. B feels blessed to have been able to fulfill his dream of giving every child the kindness and patience in the dental office that he was given as a child and looks forward to doing so for many years to come.
